Example of swirl removal. This one had excessively deep scratches and swirls. Client used Zaino products frequently.
Quote from another Zaino client.. "put on 4 coats of Z2 with the ZFX enhancer with shots of Z6 between each coat". Sure, multiple coats of anything will deepen a reflection.. BUT...
What about putting one coat
of carnuaba down, then in the next day or so follow it up with another one?
It shouldn't take more than that to achieve an incredible 4-6 month luster.
What appears to have happened here is that the client constantly put deep scratches into the paint by not preping the surface properly. It is difficult to polish if you don't have the right polisher/pads/product.
I can't emphasize how badly this one was scratched (not swirled) in only one year,
since another pro detailer had polished the car previously .
Note here that there is nearly no reflection at all.

Different angle.

Using my 1954 Cyclo Dual Head Orbital Polisher.

Complete. Afternoon sun, no extra lighting. (small white dots are rock chips)

For comparison. Above = After, Below = Before.

Black. BMW. Tough, but someone's got to polish them.
